Crispy Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
Crushed cornflakes (50g)
Flour (60g)
Chicken breast (224g)
This is roughly one breast (ex. Kroger packages come with two)
2 eggs
Spices:
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
Steps
Prep the baking sheet, spray it, and preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Cut the chicken breast into strips, salt it
Whisk eggs
Mix cornflakes and the spices
Coat chicken in this order: flour, then eggs, then breading
Cook for 20 min (I flip at 3 min left)
